Remoticom has an extensive portfolio of Smart Lighting solutions, including smart indoor and outdoor lighting. In particular, we develop smart sensors that contribute to a safer, more sustainable and more comfortable living environment.
For a municipality, the safety and well-being of its residents is of great importance. With our solutions, you can ensure a pleasant living environment in a simple and time-saving way. Find out what our solutions can do for your city.
The EnergyNode Link is similar to our EnergyNode Motion. They are therefore used together to ensure optimal and energy-saving lighting control.
A EnergyNode Motion is installed that has a detector sensor (PIR), which records movements and transmits them to EnergyNode Link sensors. The EnergyNode Link does not have PIR and therefore depends on the EnergyNode Motion for light control. If the EnergyNode Motion detects a movement, it sends a signal to successive EnergyNode Link sensors. These receive a notification that a moving object is on its way, which will automatically turn on the light for the entire path.

USE CASE: Wireless DMX control in Valkenberg park
Valkenberg park is a busy park located in the centre of Breda. The park is located on the walking route from the city centre to Breda Central Station. The lighting should contribute to a safe environment.
In addition, the park is also used for events, for which the lights need to be set to an appropriate scene wirelessly.
Why Smart Lighting?
Our Smart Lighting solutions ensure that your city can perform the desired actions flexibly and safely.
How can our solutions contribute to a safer environment?
Our offer includes various light sensors that can be remotely controlled. This gives more control and less work. Control street lights remotely with a simple app, or set your lights according to time or weather conditions.

The EnergyNode Relay is a 230 V powered switching system that communicates via NB-IoT/2G/LTE-M and has two controllable outputs. The EnergyNode Relay is equipped with local control via a membrane switch and LED indicators for reading the current status. Remote control is possible via API.
The switch-on and switch-off times of output one and output two can be controlled separately. The supplied astronomical table can also be used.
The controller remembers the local time in case of power failure thanks to an internal clock. The system automatically connects to the GPS to obtain the date and time in real time.
The EnergyNode Prestige can control 4 to 10 Dali 1.0 drivers individually and as a group. With this intelligent controller, existing, already installed Dali 1.0 LED drivers can be controlled, monitored and connected via NB-IoT.
The EnergyNode Prestige was developed for the illumination of sports fields, port terminals, large squares, car parks and marshalling yards, among others.
The Remoticom CloudGate Zhaga 150 series are the most advanced network controllers in our Zhaga Smart Controller family. The controller comes standard with GPS and LUX sensor and uses the Dali 2.0 specification.
The CloudGate Zhaga 150 is equipped with a nano SIM card holder, which allows the end user to choose the NB-IoT provider. Based on the MQTT network protocol, the current status can be monitored in real time and a daily/weekly schedule can be easily created.
The Remoticom EnergyNode Standard is a network-enabled (NB-IoT) controller for easy network integration of public lighting based on the latest Zhaga Book 18.
The EnergyNode Standardcomes with a GPS receiver as standard and uses the latest SR 2.0 specification, making it a seamless fit for your smart lighting application. The NB-IoT data connection allows real time status monitoring, easy application of a dimming regime, and automatic notification if a fault is detected.
The EnergyNode Starter allows the control and configuration of individual luminaires.
The controller automatically connects to the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) for real-time date and time information.
The configuration of switching on and off, the optional use of the astronomical table or the dimming profile based on date and time can be done with the Install app. Therefore, it can easily replace a light barrier or a LineSwitch-based controller. On/off control is also possible via the existing light sensor.
The EnergyNode Starter works with Sensor Ready (SR) drivers via a standardised Zhaga Book 18 Connector. The result is a durable, cost-effective and easy-to-configure (via app) solution.
The EnergyNode Motion can build a Bluetooth mesh network with other devices from the EnergyNode Motion and EnergyNode Link family so that when motion is detected by a EnergyNode Motion, the other devices also receive the signal to change the lamp level. This makes it possible to switch lamps and apply a follow-me principle. Think for example of a (fast) cycle path where the light will follow the cyclist like a “light train” or “light bubble”.
The Remoticom CloudGate Zhaga 160 series, along with the CloudGate Zhaga 150 and CloudGate Zhaga 200, are the most advanced products in our Zhaga Smart Controller family. The controller comes standard with a GPS and ambient light sensor and uses the Dali 2.0 specification. Based on the LoRa protocol, the current status can be monitored in real-time and a daily/weekly schedule can be easily applied.
Remoticom CloudGate Zhaga 200 series are the most advanced products in our Zhaga Smart Controller family. It is has a GPS, Tilt sensor, Ambient light sensor, Bluetooth mesh and supports the DALI D4i standard. CloudGate Zhaga 200 is equipped with a SIM chip (MFF2 type) and a nano SIM card holder, allowing the end user to choose the NB-IoT/LTE-M provider. Using Lightweight Machine to Machine (LwM2M protocol), the CloudGate Zhaga 200 and other devices on the DALI bus can be monitored and configured. The CloudGate Zhaga 200 can control up to 4 LED drivers (DALI Control Gear) and assign a dim schedule to each driver. It can also respond to D4i motion sensors, switching the light when motion is detected.
The EnergyNode Mini represents a cutting-edge motion detection solution leveraging radar technology, meticulously designed for precise indoor occupancy detection within lighting applications. Seamlessly integrated into lighting fixtures, this sensor operates in tandem with DALI 2 D4i LED drivers, ensuring optimal performance and minimaly visible inside the fixture. The EnergyNode Mini offers a customizable illumination profile, triggered by detected occupancy, enhancing energy efficiency, comfort and safety in the illuminated spaces.
